The hotel has a great location, right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but some amenities were lacking. The service was friendly, although there were concerns about privacy. Overall, a fabulous location with some room for improvement.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right on the boardwalk and near bars and food options. However, the service was inconsistent, with grumpy staff and housekeeping entering the room without knocking. The rooms were not the cleanest, and we didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the beds.
